Urinary Stone Occurred in Urethral Diverticulum: A Case Report

Abstract

|
|
Authors report a case of urinary stone occurred in urethral diverticulum. A patient presented with a perineal hard palpable mass. He has received right orchiectomy and suffered for urethral stricture by traffic accident at age of nine. On rectal digit examination, a hard mass was palpated on posterior aspect of prostate. KUB view showed 3.5cm sized calcific density lesion in floor of pelvic cavity. On CT scan, that calcifed lesion located in a cyst, posterior to prostate apex and that cyst beaked to membraneous posterior urethra. Retrograde urethrography showed contrast media filling cyst with internal stone.
